Happy New Year

So, here it is! The start to another year. As is the tradition, many people will make resolutions for this new year. The joke is most of us will give up on those resolutions by the time January has passed. I say, it's still worth making those resolutions. Some of the resolutions will stick. Others won't. Be gracious with yourself. I have found that I'm happier pursuing goals–even if I'm unable to reach them–than not trying at all.

Here are a few of my personal goals for 2018:
Exercise, journal/write, pray and read daily.

Practice gratitude.

Listen to music as often as possible.

Read the Bible in a year (I use the YouVersion app–I recommend it).

Produce A New Thing every week (a feat I've yet to prove I can do).

Create something new this year and take risks every week.
What are yours?
